PP/PC Corrugated sheet Extrusion Line
The PP / PE / PC Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line is a continuous production system engineered to manufacture lightweight, twin-wall hollow corrugated plastic sheets from polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polycarbonate (PC) resin in a single pass.The line integrates a single-screw extruder with a specialized mixing and venting screw, a hydraulic screen changer, a coat-hanger T-die, a vacuum calibration and cooling table, dual-haul-off units with an intermediate stress-relief oven, an edge-trimming device, a precision fixed-length cutter, and a stacking station—all governed by a centralized PLC control system.
PVC/PP/POE Mat Machine
A next-generation extrusion system engineered to manufacture premium coil mats (also called spaghetti or wire coil mats) from PVC, PP, and POE. Designed for maximum versatility, the line produces single-color, multi-color, and stripe-pattern mats with firm backing, offering five embossed textures: Spike, New/Old Diamond, Crystal, and Leaf.

PET Strap Extrusion Line
PET strap extrusion production line is a specialized production system designed to convert PET flakes (often from recycled bottles) or virgin resin into high-tensile strength strapping bands used for heavy-duty packaging and logistics.
Compared to PP (polypropylene) strapping, PET strapping offers superior tension recovery and strength, making it the preferred alternative to steel banding.
