According to the product size and shape, we equip professional auxiliary devices, such as saw/gear blade/non-dust cutter, non-dust cutter; 2-rubber/3-rubber/4-rubber haul off device, water cooling/vacuum cooling calibrating system

High quality machine parts

Our extruder screw material is 38CrMoAlA with nitrating and bimetallic, the extruder barrel is coated with SKD material for high wearing. the cooling tank is made by 3mm thickness 304 stainless steel, the extruder platform is made by thick iron. the molds are made by S136 high wearing mold material.

We equip world famous electric parts, such as Siemens PLC control, Omron temperature controller, ABB inverter, Schneider or Siemens contractor, the electric cabinet is designed by our professional engineer with good ventilation system, and all cables are marked and lined clearly.
