Service Offered:
Consulting Service:
workshop design, employee training, manufacturing process reform.
Target people:
limited budget with good distribution channel. Want to build the project from zero to one.
professional plastic extrusion user, know productivity scale
expanding and embellish production capacity
Used Machine refurbishment:
the process of repairing and cleaning equipment so that its condition is like new. The key words are: renovation and redecoration
Spare Parts and Customized parts manufacture:
Based on clients’ need, provide alternative or spare parts, and manufacture customized parts.
Refurbishment Process:
Ⅰ Basic Information & External Inspection
Preliminary assessment prior to disassembly to determine overall equipment condition and refurbishment viability. Verify nameplate, serial number, manufacture year, OEM manuals, drawings and maintenance records. Inspect cracks, deformation, weld repair history, rust, corrosion, oil‑water‑electrical leakage and chemical traces.
Ⅱ Mechanical Structure & Drive System Inspection
In‑depth inspection after disassembly. Cover extruder base leveling, motor, gear reducer, screw, hydraulic/pneumatic lines, extrusion die, calibration equipment and all auxiliary machinery.
Ⅲ Electrical & Control System Inspection
Electrical system aging is the leading cause of used‑equipment failures. Check cabinet wiring, terminals, contactors, relays, motor insulation resistance, encoder, PLC/CNC startup & battery, sensors, limit switches and emergency‑stop safety circuits.
Ⅳ Hydraulic & Lubrication System Inspection
Test pump pressure & flow, valve response & internal leakage, cylinder scoring and pressure‑holding performance. Perform spectrometric oil analysis to check viscosity, moisture and metallic particles for internal wear evaluation.
Ⅴ Accuracy & Performance Testing
Post‑repair trial‑run. Re‑inspect static geometric accuracy. Complete multi‑speed no‑load test; execute 50 % and 100 % rated‑load production test to verify system stability and power output.
Ⅵ Safety & Environmental Compliance
Refurbished equipment must comply with current safety standards (not original manufacturing‑year rules). Validate safety guards, machine grounding resistance, dielectric withstand, noise, dust extraction and hazard warning labels.
Ⅶ Refurbishment Process Monitoring
Refurbishment is replacement and renewal rather than simple repair. Control component degreasing & cleaning, mandatory replacement of wear‑items, optional NDT for critical load‑bearing parts, primer, paint film thickness and anti‑corrosion surface treatment.
Ⅷ Final Acceptance & Delivery
Final quality gate before shipment and on‑site installation. Conduct refurbishment trial‑production test; inventory dedicated tools and spare‑parts; sign refurbished‑equipment warranty contract for critical‑component coverage.
