Roof Tile Project
Roof Tile Project Scenarios Introduction:
Factories and Industrial Buildings
PVC corrugated roof tiles are widely used in factories, workshops, and industrial facilities due to their excellent durability, impact resistance, and weatherability. They provide reliable protection against harsh environmental conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, and prolonged sun exposure. Their lightweight nature reduces structural load, while their fire-retardant properties enhance workplace safety. These tiles are ideal for manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and heavy-duty industrial environments that demand long-lasting roofing solutions with minimal maintenance.
Warehouses and Logistics Centers
In warehouses and logistics hubs, PVC corrugated roofing offers a cost-effective and efficient covering solution. The tiles provide superior thermal insulation, helping maintain stable indoor temperatures and protecting stored goods from extreme heat or cold. Their corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof properties make them especially suitable for facilities that store food, chemicals, or other sensitive materials. In addition, their ease of installation and low maintenance requirements contribute to lower operational costs over time.
Greenhouses and Agricultural Facilities
PVC corrugated roof tiles are highly valued in agricultural applications, including greenhouses, poultry houses, livestock shelters, and storage barns. Their excellent light diffusion properties ensure even sunlight distribution, promoting healthy plant growth without overheating. The material is resistant to humidity, fertilizers, and pesticides, ensuring a long service life even in demanding farming environments. Furthermore, the insulating properties of PVC help maintain a stable internal climate, which is essential for both crop cultivation and animal husbandry.
Building Ceilings and Residential Roofing
Beyond industrial and agricultural use, PVC corrugated tiles are increasingly popular in residential and commercial construction. They can be used for ceilings, patio covers, carports, and residential roofing. Available in various colors and profiles, they enhance the aesthetic appeal of buildings while offering practical benefits such as waterproofing, sound insulation, and UV resistance. Their lightweight yet sturdy structure simplifies transportation and installation, making them a preferred choice for modern housing projects and renovation works.

Solution A:
PVC+ASA/PMMA Glaze Roof Tile Line Main factors

Manufacturing Process Details
Raw Material Preparation
Weigh raw materials according to the formula: PVC resin (SG-5), light calcium carbonate (filler), CPE/ACR (impact modifier), calcium-zinc stabilizer, and lubricants.
High-Speed Mixing
Utilize an SRL-Z series high-low speed mixing unit. Hot mix to 110–120°C for uniform additive dispersion, followed by cold mixing down to 40–45°C before discharge.
Automatic Feeding
A spiral loader conveys the mixed material to the main extruder hopper, equipped with level sensors for automatic feeding control.
Base Layer Extrusion
The SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder plasticizes and melts the PVC compound. Processing temperature is strictly controlled at 165–185°C.
Co-Extrusion via T-Die
Inside the T-die, the PVC base melt from the main extruder fuses online with the ASA/PMMA surface layer melt from the SJ50 co-extruder, forming a durable dual-layer structure.
Forming & Cooling Calibration
The melt is shaped into the glazed tile profile through a precision mold. A combined water/air cooling system rapidly solidifies the product to ensure dimensional stability.
Online Cutting
Automatic cutting to preset lengths with a cutting accuracy of ±2 mm.
Automatic Stacking
Finished tiles are automatically counted and stacked into bundles of 50–100 pieces.
Finished Product Storage & Accessories
The production line can simultaneously manufacture matching accessories, including main ridge tiles, hip ridge tiles, three-way ridge tiles, end ridge tiles, and adjustable angle tiles.

Manufacturing Process Details
Material Proportioning
Prepare raw materials according to target structure. Single layer: PVC + filler + additives. A-B foam: Rigid PVC face (A) + Foamed PVC core (B). A-B-C-S: Wear-resistant face (A) + Foam core (B) + Back layer (C) + UV protective layer (S).Multi-Layer Plasticizing
Multiple extruders operate simultaneously, each plasticizing its designated layer material. Main host can be conical twin-screw or parallel twin-screw extruder based on output requirement.Die Co-Extrusion
Inside the A+B+C special T-Die, melts from all extruders converge at predetermined ratios, forming a precisely stratified composite melt stream. Each layer thickness is adjustable.Die Forming
The composite melt exits through the die lips, initially forming the corrugated wave profile in a semi-molten state.Cooling & Shaping
The profile passes through forming moulds and cooling systems. Rapid cooling locks the wave geometry and prevents dimensional drift.Haul-off & Conveying
Rubber roller haul-off unit pulls the product at constant speed, synchronized with extrusion speed to prevent stretching deformation.Guillotine Cutting
Guillotine-type cutter performs set-length precision cutting.Auto Stacking
Finished corrugated tiles are automatically collected, counted, and stacked for dispatch.
