SPC production generates fragment waste. The waste can be crushed and milled into powder for recycling back into the raw material system, reducing material loss and production cost.
Mixing
PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabilizer, lubricant and other additives are mixed in a high-speed mixer. The material is then cooled to prevent agglomeration, discoloration and unstable feeding.
Extrusion
