1. Where is your factory?

   Our factory is located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.

2. What’s your machine warranty?

   1) Warranty period: 12 months from the first day of operation of the machine in the customer's warehouse

   2) supporting service: After the 12-month warranty, the seller continue to provide supporting service and the buyer will pay for the required spare parts.

3. What’s the machine Payment terms?

   T/T is preferred, and L/C is acceptable as well. We’ll confirm with you before making quotations. 30% of the total amount should be paid as a down payment, and the balance (70% of the total amount) should be paid (at sight) before the delivery of the wire transfer or irrevocable letter of credit.

4. What’s the delivery terms?

   1) Within 60 working days after receiving the down payment, the buyer will be notified to inspect. The seller should complete the packaging of the goods within 15 working days after receiving the full payment and be ready for shipment.

   2) Supervised loading: The seller should inform the buyer of the exact loading time, and the buyer should arrange the scope of supervised loading.

5. What service do we offer?

   Provide OEM and ODM service, customize client’s need and offer integrated solution.

6. Installation and employee training

   1) We will send technicians to the buyer's factory for installation and employee training. The buyer will provide technicians food, air tickets, hotel, and compensation 120 USD/day. Usually the installation and training takes 10-15 days.

   2) We provide on-site operation training for your production team, covering machine start-up and shutdown, parameter setting, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. The training will last 3-5 days until your staff can operate the machine proficiently.

7. what’s the daily maintenance and replacement cycle?

   1) Daily maintenance includes cleaning the screw, barrel and die head after production. checking the lubrication status of bearings and gears, clean the water rust, and verifying the accuracy of temperature sensors.

   2) The replacement cycle depends on production intensity and processed materials. Usually screw and barrel should be inspected every 6–12 months and replaced if wear exceeds 0.3mm. Die heads need to be replaced or refurbished every 12–18 months according to product precision requirements. We provide genuine spare parts as you requested
