The PP / PE / PC Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line is a continuous production system engineered to manufacture lightweight, twin-wall hollow corrugated plastic sheets from polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polycarbonate (PC) resin in a single pass.
The line integrates a single-screw extruder with a specialized mixing and venting screw, a hydraulic screen changer, a coat-hanger T-die, a vacuum calibration and cooling table, dual-haul-off units with an intermediate stress-relief oven, an edge-trimming device, a precision fixed-length cutter, and a stacking station—all governed by a centralized PLC control system. Advanced versions support co-extrusion for colored skin layers and high filler loading (up to 50–60% calcium carbonate) using recycled PP/PE feed to reduce material costs while maintaining rigidity.
Standard configurations offer sheet widths of 1220–3000 mm, thicknesses of 1.5–12 mm (PP/PE) or 4–40 mm (PC), and outputs of 200–700 kg/h depending on extruder size. PP and PE sheets deliver low weight, high compressive strength, moisture and chemical resistance, and optional anti-static or UV-stabilized properties. PC hollow sheets add high light transmittance, impact resistance, and weatherability.
Finished PP/PE sheets are widely used in reusable totes, dividers, floor protection, agricultural boards, and advertising signage. PC variants serve roofing, skylights, canopies, and noise barriers. The line is ideal for packaging, logistics, construction, agriculture, and display industries seeking a durable, washable, and recyclable alternative to traditional materials.
