Equipment Distinction: PP sheets adopt single screw with larger L/D ratio & mixing screw; PVC corrugated sheets use conical twin screw, cannot be mixed for production
Forming Solution Selection: Roll forming allows flexible wave replacement, suitable for small-batch multi-spec orders; vacuum mold forming provides stable dimensional accuracy but fixed wave shape
Recycled Material Specification: PP can be recycled repeatedly, yet high proportion of scraps will reduce impact resistance & anti-aging performance; mixing ratio ≤30%–50% with clean impurities-free waste
