Raw Material Preparation
PP/PE/PC pellets are mixed with additives, color masterbatch, and filler materials according to precise formulation ratios. Auto-dosing system ensures accuracy and consistency.
Extrusion & Plasticization
High-efficiency twin-screw extruder heats and melts the polymer blend to achieve homogeneous molten state at optimal temperature (180-260°C controlled).
Die Forming
Specialized hollow grid die shapes the molten polymer into the characteristic grid structure with precise wall thickness. Chrome-plated die ensures longevity and surface quality.
Vacuum Calibration

Cooling & Haul-off
Circulating water cooling system (30m³ closed-loop) rapidly solidifies the plate while traction unit maintains consistent pulling speed and tension.
Cutting & Stacking
