SPC Flooring Extrusion Line

Our SPC Flooring Extrusion Line delivers end-to-end production of stone plastic composite flooring — from twin-screw extrusion and multi-roll calendering to precision cooling, embossing, cutting, and lamination. Engineered for high output, zero-formaldehyde compliance, and superior dimensional stability, it's the smart choice for modern rigid core flooring manufacturing.

Application of SPC Floor
Parameter of SPC Floor Extrusion Line:
Advantages of SPC Floor Extrusion Line:
Raw Material & Product Focus – Our SPC (Stone - Plastic Composite) flooring production line uses PVC and calcium powder as core raw materials, specializing in manufacturing high - quality SPC flooring.
Lamination & Molding Process – It enables hot - pressing molding of the color film layer and wear - resistant layer onto the base material, ensuring excellent adhesion and durability.
Calender Design – Adopting a five - roll calender design with a medium - high structure, it guarantees:
· Stable sheet production.
·Smooth and even lamination.
·High peeling strength.
Precision Heating & Flow Channel – Equipped with heavy - duty wall - thickness wheels and spiral flow channels, the equipment ensures uniform heating for consistent product quality.
Extrusion System – We select advanced extrusion equipment that achieves one - step integral forming through heating and extrusion, improving production efficiency.
Online Pattern Alignment – With an online automatic pattern - alignment embossing device, it realizes online pattern alignment between the pattern film and the embossed pattern, ensuring precise and aesthetic designs.

Working principle of SPC Floor Extrusion Line:
Mixing & Compounding
PVC resin, calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), stabilizers, lubricants, and pigments are automatically weighed and fed into a high-speed hot mixer (~125°C) to achieve homogeneous blending and remove moisture, then transferred to a cold mixer (~55°C) to prevent premature fusion and discoloration—producing a uniform dry blend ready for extrusion.
Extrusion (Core Sheet Forming)
The pre-mixed material is fed into a conical or parallel twin-screw extruder where it is plasticized under precise temperature and pressure control, then extruded through a T-type die to form a continuous SPC rigid core sheet with consistent density and thickness.
Calendering & In-line Lamination
The hot extruded sheet passes through a 4-roll or 5-roll calender with heated/chilled rolls to calibrate thickness (±0.05mm), smooth the surface, and simultaneously heat-laminate the decorative color film and transparent wear layer—bonding is achieved by thermal fusion without glue.
Cooling & Stress Relief
The laminated sheet travels through a multi-stage cooling bracket (water/air cooling rollers) to gradually solidify the material, stabilize dimensions, and relieve internal stress—preventing warping or shrinkage in the finished planks.
Traction (Haul-off)
A servo-controlled caterpillar haul-off unit maintains constant tension and synchronized line speed, ensuring stable guidance of the sheet through the downstream stations without stretching or distortion.
Edge Trimming & Precision Cutting
Edge trimmers remove excess selvedge, and a synchronized transverse cutter shears the continuous sheet into standard-length flooring planks (e.g. 1220mm / 1524mm) with high length accuracy and clean edges.
Auto Stacking & Handling
Finished planks are automatically counted, aligned, and stacked onto pallets by the auto-stacker/lifter system—minimizing manual labor and preparing boards for downstream UV coating, slotting, or packaging.
