Precision Molding & Dimensional Accuracy:The extrusion line integrates a state-of-the-art tooling system capable of micrometer-level control over pipe geometry—including inner diameter, outer diameter, and wall thickness. This ensures that even 250mm profiles maintain minimal tolerance deviations, consistently surpassing national standards and rigorous industry benchmarks. Such precision guarantees optimal joint sealing and system compatibility while drastically reducing material rejection rates, thereby maximizing cost-efficiency.
Superior Throughput & Efficiency:Featuring high-performance screw geometries paired with adaptive speed regulation, the system optimizes the melting and plasticizing phases within the barrel. This facilitates a homogeneous melt and a steady volumetric output. Compared to legacy equipment, this design significantly boosts specific output, enabling rapid fulfillment of bulk orders and shortening lead times to capitalize on dynamic market demands.
Robust Construction & Operational Stability:Engineered for endurance, the machine frame utilizes reinforced structural design and critical components forged from premium alloy steel, offering exceptional wear resistance and mechanical strength for non-stop, high-intensity production. Complemented by an intelligent PLC control system, key variables—temperature, pressure, and line speed—are monitored in real-time. The system triggers automatic alarms and safety protocols upon detecting anomalies, ensuring process integrity and minimizing unplanned downtime.
Eco-Friendly Energy Optimization:The heating system employs next-generation energy-efficient elements coupled with smart thermal management technology. This allows precise heat input tailored to specific process stages, eliminating thermal waste. Furthermore, the optimized extrusion dynamics enhance heat recovery and material utilization, lowering both the carbon footprint and operational expenditures, aligning production with global sustainability goals.
Material Feed & Plasticization
The process initiates with the metered introduction of thermally conditioned, formulation-specific PVC dry blend into the gravity-fed hopper. Within the barrel, the rotating screw conveys the material through a precisely mapped temperature gradient. External heating zones facilitate a controlled phase transition from a solid particulate state to a homogeneous, viscoelastic melt. Through the synergistic effects of compressive force, conductive heat transfer, and dispersive shear mixing, the polymer achieves optimal plasticization before being propelled forward along the screw channel. The melt is then forced through a geometrically optimized die, forming a continuous, annular parison.
Calibration & Vacuum Sizing
Immediately exiting the die, the extrudate enters the vacuum calibration unit. Here, regulated negative pressure (vacuum suction) draws the molten tube wall firmly against the cooled mandrel of the sizing sleeve. This critical interface ensures the instantaneous fixation of the outer diameter, locking in the precise 250mm dimensional specification required for downstream compatibility.
Curing & Downstream Handling
The newly formed pipe then undergoes a controlled quench in a spray-cooling vault, where high-velocity water atomization rapidly dissipates residual heat, solidifying the polymer matrix. Finally, a synchronized servo-driven haul-off system engages the pipe, maintaining a constant linear velocity to match the extrusion rate, thereby completing the continuous manufacturing cycle with dimensional stability.
