WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line
WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line is capable of manufacturing wood-plastic composite (WPC) door panels in any width ranging from 600 mm to 1250 mm. The upgraded system primarily comprises a conical twin-screw extruder, a door panel calibration table, a door panel haul-off unit, a door panel cutting saw, a stacking unit, and a material rack.
The main extruders typically employed are the SJZ80/156 and SJZ92/188 counter-rotating conical twin-screw models. Compared with single-screw extruders, twin-screw extruders offer markedly superior performance in material conveying, plasticization and homogenization, as well as venting and devolatilization, making them the preferred choice for WPC door panel production.

Working principle of WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line:
Material Preparation
Raw materials (wood fiber, plastic pellets, additives) are sourced and prepared for processing.
Mixing
Materials are blended in a high-speed mixer at controlled temperatures (160–180°C) to ensure homogeneity.
Extrusion
The mixture is fed into a twin-screw extruder, where heat and pressure melt and fuse the components into a continuous profile.
Sanding Machine
The extruded panel passes through a sanding machine to smooth the surface and prepare it for finishing.
Surface Finishing (Branch A): Laminating Path
Laminating: The panel is laminated with a decorative film.
Edge Bander Laminating: Edges are sealed with matching laminate for a finished look.

Engraving: The panel undergoes engraving to create texture or patterns.
